About Eggcavation

There is an egg. It is very big. Your job: crack it open. Chip the giant egg plate by plate in first person, fill your bucket and sell the shards at the terminal. Spend the cash on bigger tools (pickaxe, sledgehammer, jackhammer, plasma drill, laser cutter), dynamite, drones and gear. But careful: hit the same spot too hard and the egg gets ANGRY.

There is no account behind Eggcavation and no progress to lose. Close the tab mid-round and the guide you were reading is exactly where you left it.

Treat this as the pause it is meant to be: two rounds, then back to the page you were actually reading.

How to Play

  1. Press play on the frame above. Eggcavation starts in the same tab; no window pops up and nothing downloads.
  2. Controls, as published with the game: desktop WASD move mouse look hold left click.
  3. Give it one full round before deciding. Most of these open slowly and get interesting once the board is half-full.
  4. Close the tab when you are done. There is no save file to manage and no account to log out of.
